Salary: GBP 26,000 – GBP 29,000
Location: Tonbridge Area – Office based; 5 days per week
About The Role
We are working with a Managed Service Provider in Kent seeking a Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team. You'll be the first point of contact for support issues for external clients, which can include password resets, network issues and laptop builds. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills and who is used to working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Excellent communication skills and customer service.
* Respond to queries via phone and email, diagnose and resolve technical issues.
* Provide support for networking and internet connectivity.
* 1st line helpdesk or service desk experience.
* Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
* Must have a full, clean UK driving licence (some customer visits may be required).
