Support Worker required to support Temporary to Permanent in our Children Residential Homes based in Yatton, Somerset. The home currently houses three young people aged 15years - 18 years with mild behavioural difficulties and Autism. Duties include morning routine, schools runs, afternoon activities, meal prep, family dinner time and bed time routine.
