About the Role As our Depot Supervisor at Theale, you'll play a key role in the safe, efficient, and sustainable running of our site. You'll lead a team of skilled colleagues, manage mobile plant team, and work closely with contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What You'll Be Doing Lead & Support Your Team Inspire and lead a diverse team with confidence, positivity, and clear communication. Create an inclusive working environment where everyone feels respected and supported. Keep Our Site Safe & Efficient Champion our Health & Safety culture and ensure all policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work are followed. Oversee the depot's daily operations to ensure plant, labour, and materials are used effectively. Make Things Better - Every Day Identify opportunities to improve sustainability across the site. Develop planned maintenance schedules to maximise plant availability. Support continuous improvement by sharing ideas and modernising processes. Work Collaboratively Build strong relationships with colleagues, contractors, suppliers, and the Operations Manager. Ensure smooth scheduling and communication to keep the depot running efficiently. Grow Your Career Take part in ongoing training and CPD to build your skills and achieve your SHE NVQ Level 4 (we'll support you if you're not there yet).
