You'll work with the latest equipment and gain valuable experience in aircraft production. What will I be doing? - Working to the production plan all hydraulic units and actuation will be covered. - The production plan will demand various work-scopes to include test & repair, repair or overhaul - Hydraulic units are tested on a rig to determine serviceability - Serviceable units are inspected to be released back to service. - Failed test units require disassembly and subsequent inspection to return the unit to serviceability. - Parts are sentenced as serviceable, scrap or requiring repair - Performing minor rework such as hand salvage, blending damaged material, polishing may be required in conjunction with assessing parts/components for repair. - Hydraulic units are fully assembled and tested to CMM & drawing maintenance data. - Responsibility and confidence to sign off and stamp one's own work for safe release back into service in line with all relevant build documentation. - Flexible to cover multiple technical disciplines.
