Start Date: January 2026 Location: Warwickshire About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Maths Teacher to join an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ mixed, non-faith secondary school in Warwickshire. The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across KS4 and KS5, delivering an engaging curriculum that develops students’ fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and high-quality Mathematics lessons across KS4 and KS5 • Motivate and inspire students to develop fluency, reasoning, and problem-solving skills • Track and assess student progress, providing clear feedback and targeted support • Contribute to the development of an innovative and challenging Mathematics curriculum • Support enrichment activities, including Maths clubs, university links, and study visits • Maintain high expectations of student achievement and behaviour About the School This Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ mixed, non-faith academy has approximately 1,350 students on roll, including a vibrant sixth form of around 300 students. The school has a strong academic record, with 74% of students achieving grades 9–4 in English and Maths at GCSE, and a Progress 8 score well above the national average. At A-Level, more than 60% of students achieve A*–B grades, with Mathematics one of the most popular and successful courses, regularly sending students on to top Russell Group universities.
