Customer Service Advisors
Hours:
* 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday
* 9am-4pm Friday
The role of Customer Service Advisors:
* Handle high-volume customer interactions via phone, email, and in person
* Develop comprehensive knowledge of products, services and market competitors
* Maintain detailed customer records and sales activities in CRM system
* Develop strong customer relationships to identify upselling opportunities
* Successfully close deals with new and existing clients
* Research and resolve customer inquiries promptly
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences
The ideal Customer Service Advisors:
* Education to A level or Higher
* Time Management and ability to prioritize tasks
* Relationship building experience
* Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Excellence in both verbal and written communication
