Educational Psychologist South Gloucestershire Council Remote / In-Person / Hybrid £1200–£1300 per completed statutory assessment 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start Available About the Role We are currently recruiting HCPC-registered Educational Psychologists to support statutory assessment work for South Gloucestershire Council. This is a flexible opportunity offering remote, in-person, or hybrid working, focused on delivering high-quality psychological advice for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). You will manage your own caseload independently while contributing to timely and effective statutory processes. Key Responsibilities * Complete statutory psychological assessments * Provide high-quality written advice for EHCPs * Manage and prioritise your own caseload * Work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals * Deliver assessments within agreed timescales Requirements * Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) * Proven experience completing statutory assessments and writing EHCP advice * Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively * Strong communication and report-writing skills * Comfortable working flexibly (remote, hybrid, or in-person) What’s on Offer * Excellent rates: £1200–£1300 per completed assessment * Flexible working arrangements * Immediate start available * Fast and efficient onboarding process * Ongoing support throughout the contract
