Our client is seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable Subject Lead of Biology to join a secondary school in Weymouth from April. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Biology specialist looking to step into subject leadership or for an existing Subject Lead seeking a new challenge.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the strategic development of Biology across KS3, KS4 & KS5, ensuring high standards of teaching, strong curriculum planning, and excellent student outcomes. You will support and mentor colleagues, monitor attainment and progress within Biology, and work closely with the Head of Science to drive departmental improvement.

Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified Teacher with QTS (or equivalent)
