Job Description
I’m working with a North West company who are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join their in-house team. It’s a client-side role – so if you’re used to juggling contractors, consultants, navigating CDM regs and keeping capital projects on track (and on budget) then this could be a great option for you.
You’ll be managing a mix of construction and refurbishment projects across their property portfolio; values can vary wildly but you won’t be lumbered with the smaller projects the whole time, there are some meaty refurbs and new builds too!
They’re after someone with just a few years’ experience under your belt, a relevant degree (building surveying, project management or quantity surveying etc), and ideally a good understanding of how to keep a project safe, structured, and moving. You do need to come from a consultancy background or may be client-side already.
In return, there’s a good salary of up to £55k (depending on experience), a car allowance or vehicle, great pension and healthcare, and a generous bonus scheme.
If you’re curious, drop me a message and I’ll talk you through the details, or just send over your CV and we’ll go from there.
