Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Safeguarding team in Tameside.
Responsibilities
* To offer support during visits and meetings to our children and families to support with planning.
* To hold a reduced caseload of more complex children.
* Lead and support your team alongside your manager to drive the improvement plan within your team.
* Support your colleagues by offering reflective supervision and group supervision to highlight good practice and learning opportunities.
* To support and contribute to improving our data set.
* To offer support to your team when your team manager is unavailable and to offer specified support where this has been identified.
