Reporting to the Senior Trade Marketing Manager - Western Europe, this role will be responsible for driving growth by increasing brand and product visibility through online and in-store activations with key retailers in the UK. This position will work closely with the UK Sales Manager and collaborate with the wider EMEA trade marketing team. Skills And Experience 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the consumer goods or beauty/grooming industry. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles. Solid knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout. Solid understanding of print production processes and digital marketing requirements. Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and a passion for design that resonates with customers. Key Responsibilities and tasks will include: Design and create high-quality visual content for both digital and print media, including but not limited to: product images, banners, social media graphics, email templates, advertisements, brochures, packaging, and more. Collaborate with the marketing and graphics teams to develop engaging visual concepts for product launches, promotions, and campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. Work with the product design team to create product packaging that aligns with the brand guidelines and messaging. Develop and optimize visual content for web, social media, and other online platforms to drive customer engagement and brand recognition. Assist in video editing and motion graphics to create dynamic, shareable content. Stay up to date with design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into the brand's visual identity. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ensure all visual assets align with the brand identity, values, and target audience.
