Role Overview
You will be responsible for export shipments from start to finish, ensuring the fast and accurate movement of urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) freight. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where quick thinking and excellent communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle time-critical export shipments from booking through to delivery
* Liaise with airlines, carriers, and customers to ensure rapid movement of AOG freight
* Prepare all export documentation accurately and on time
* Work closely with internal teams to support operational efficiency
* Provide first-class customer service in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
