As an Deputy Manager you will be at the very heart of everything that we do, leading, coaching and engaging our Front of House teams with bags of energy and as a manager within our business, you will be given ample support to have real impact on our success and the opportunity to thrive and develop your career in hospitality.

Responsibilities
* Lead by example with a hands-on management style.
* Train, coach, and mentor staff at all levels to achieve excellence and consistency
* Take ownership of rota planning and staff scheduling, ensuring efficiency and fairness.
* Be a strong people manager with the ability to inspire, motivate, and support the team.
* Drive sales and revenue growth across all departments
* Maintain and continuously improve high service and operational standards.
* Develop and implement staff training programs and clear performance standards.
* Create staff incentives to boost performance and engagement.
* Demonstrate genuine care for staff wellbeing, addressing concerns with practical solutions.
* Work closely with the General Manager to develop business strategies and achieve targets.
* Be ambitious, forward-thinking, and ready to step up when needed.
