About this role:
This role provides ‘first-on-call’ medical cover alongside support from a Consultant in Palliative Care.
* Out of hours cover for the In-patient Unit
* Weekday on-call: Monday-Thursday, 5.00pm-8.00am
* The post forms part of an approximately 1 in 7 out-of-hours rota
* Consultant support available at all times
* Non-resident on-call arrangement
On-call requirement & payment
* An on-call allowance of £400 per month will be payable for undertaking on-call responsibilities as part of the rota.
* Current GMC registration with licence to practise
* Medical indemnity cover appropriate for the advertised post
