This role includes some travel and occasional overnight stays.Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there’ll be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there’s flexibility on where you’re based at other times. You’ll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. Working with the Apprenticeship Manager, you’ll support recruitment and communications, manage data, respond to complex queries, and act as a key point of contact for both internal teams and external partners. You’ll collaborate closely with training providers, model excellent customer service, and provide expert guidance across the business while maintaining confidentiality.You’ll manage specified budgets in line with Trust procedures, oversee block weeks, induction, and graduation content, and lead on all aspects of the programme from recruitment and onboarding to post-completion support.
