Your Expertise, Our Vision:
We're seeking a talented Ecologist with:
* A deep understanding of UKHab surveys and Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG).
* Experience with ecological assessments and protected species regulations.
* A passion for wildlife and a commitment to nature recovery.
* Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
* A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
Your Role Will Include:
* Conducting diverse ecological surveys and data collection.
* Delivering BNG assessments and advising on habitat creation.
* Preparing high-quality ecological reports and mitigation licenses.
* Engaging with clients and providing expert ecological advice.
* Collaborating with project teams and contributing to nature recovery strategies.

Your Qualifications:
* A degree in ecology or a related subject.
* CIEEM membership.
* Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
* Extensive UKHab survey experience.
* Experience delivering BNG and using the UK habitat classification system.
