On behalf of AWE, we are looking for a HR Data Analyst - (Inside IR35) for a 6-months contract working on a hybrid basis and with an expectation of 3 days attendance in the Aldermaston, Reading office.

Essential:
* Experience of Workday Report Writing
* Workday Prism Analytics experience
* Technical Report writing experience
* Experience of using Excel to Advanced level
* Communication and Problem-solving skills
* Stakeholder engagement experience
* Delivery of analyst projects
Desirable:
* Public Sector Experience
* Data science background
* ServiceNow experience
