Reports to: Collections Manager
Location: Leicester, LE3 5BZ
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Office Based.
Salary: £25,000 (Subject to Tax and NI)
Bonus: Earn up to £12,000 over the year, (£3k each quarter), paid in quarterly installments (subject to tax and NI, based on performance and KPIs).
If you are a diligent Collections and Recoveries Specialist, we would like to hear from you. You are a skilled negotiator from either the Energy or Financial Services industries and can utilize your skills to reduce DSO through managing complex queries.

What We Need from You
Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
* Manage the recovery of overdue accounts by contacting customers via phone, email, and letters.
* Handle complex and high-value accounts, negotiating payments and settlements to recover debts.
* Collaborate with Legal and Customer Service departments to resolve disputes and facilitate recovery.
* Investigate unpaid bills, identify risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
* Analyze account data to identify trends, prepare reports on recovery activities for management.
