We're looking for a talented and ambitious mid-weight Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing development team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong agency experience who's confident delivering high-quality websites and digital experiences across both front-end and back-end technologies.
You will work closely with developers, UX designers, strategists, project managers, and clients to deliver performant, scalable, and user-focused websites and applications. The role requires a strong understanding of modern front-end development alongside experience integrating and extending CMS platforms and APIs.
Note: We work from the office 3 days per week and are based near the Metro Centre in Gateshead.

You’ll be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining responsive, accessible, and high‑performing websites
* Working across the full development lifecycle, from technical scoping through to deployment
* Integrating CMS platforms, APIs, and third‑party systems
* Collaborating with designers and UX teams to deliver pixel‑perfect implementations
* Supporting technical discovery, estimation, and solution design activities
* Troubleshooting and resolving bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges
* Contributing to code reviews, development standards, and best practices
* Working collaboratively within agile project teams
* Supporting junior developers where required

The person
To be successful you’ll need:
* At least 3 years’ experience in a web development role in a similar environment
* Experience developing and integrating CMS‑driven websites including WordPress and Umbraco
* Familiarity with Git version control workflows
* Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
Ideally you’ll have:
* Experience with headless CMS solutions
* Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
* Understanding of build tools and modern deployment workflows
* Experience with cloud hosting platforms and CI/CD pipelines
* Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
* Experience working with eCommerce platforms
* Understanding of SEO and technical performance best practices
