We are delighted to be working with an exciting company based near Hook Norton that are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience to take ownership of the payables function, offering up to £32,000 + hybrid working.
Key responsibilities:
1. Full responsibility for the management of the Accounts Payable ledger
2. Process and manage the day to day operational transactions including managing the expenses function
3. Directly manage the AP element of the groups cashflow forecasts, to assist the wider finance function
4. Prepare and review supplier payments and submit for approval
5. Raise as required Purchase Orders
6. Develop strong accounts payable controls as part of a team which enables the group to expand in line with its strategic development plans

7. Previous experience in a similar position
8. Strong AP ledger knowledge
9. Excellent communication skills
10. Good attention to detail combined with strong organisational and time management skills
11. Good IT skills (including Excel)
