Client Service Advisor - Commercial SME Insurance - Leeds
Do you have experience in handling commercial insurance requirements from a wide and varied portfolio of clients, Are you adept at building lasting working relationships with clients and insurers alike?
If so then we'd love to hear from you in connection with this fantastic new Client Service Advisor role that will form part of our SME insurance team.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Leeds City Centre office.

What The Day Will Look Like
As a Client Service Advisor your key responsibilities will include:
1. Working independently whilst supporting you team to ensure delivery of the highest level of service to each assigned Client.
2. Identify potential improvements in Client risk & insurance programme and implement recommended changes for Clients if required.
3. Negotiate new business terms, renewal terms, Mid Term adjustments and cover extensions.
