Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located at Sale with a realistic OTE of up to £28,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Registering buyers & applicants on to an electronic database.
* Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
* Handling inbound leads through various property portals.
* Providing constructive and informative feedback to Vendors.
* Generating and negotiating offers to get sales and lets agreed.

* Previous sales experience.
