Global Mobility Manager

Following a period of bothorganic and inorganic growth our geographical footprint has increased significantlyand therefore we are now looking to recruit a new position as a Global MobilityManager to implement and develop a mobility strategy across our organisation.
Reporting into the Global RewardDirector, this is a role with both strategic and operational responsibility foroptimising and managing the movement of employees across the globe whilst owningand leading all aspects of cross border employment.
Whowe're looking for:
1. Prior experience working in a global mobility, expatriate management or related role within a large organisation.
2. Strong knowledge of immigration, tax, and labour laws across multiple countries
3. First class communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
4. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business needs and employee well-being
5. Clear understanding of how global laws relate to the area of specialism
6. High level of curiosity to identify and implement improvements and elevate our mobility processes and culture
7. A values driven individual able to build strong working relationships and confidently navigate a complex matrix organisation
KeyResponsibilities
8. Develop, execute and manage a comprehensive global mobility strategy that aligns with the group’s talent
9. Collaborate with group leadership to design, implement and use best in class cross border working policies, guidelines, and best practices.
10. Oversee all aspects of international employment, including international assignments, remote working, commuting, business travel and relocations.
11. Provide support and guidance to employees in relation to relocation packages, immigration processes, tax, social security and payroll implications, and cultural adjustments.
12. Ensure a positive employee experience before, during and after international transitions.
13. Stay informed about immigration laws, tax regulations, and labour market conditions in various countries.
14. Take responsibility for the mitigation of legal and compliance risks related to cross border working for the group, either internally or in conjunction with external vendors.
15. Manage relationships, and management performance of external vendors, such as relocation providers, immigration consultants, and tax advisors.
16. Collect and analyse data related to cross border working trends, costs, and success metrics.
17. Lead change initiatives related to global mobility and cross border working, including process improvements and technology implementations where appropriate.
18. Provide coaching and guidance to employees going through international transitions.
