Maintenance Planning ManagerHertfordshire - Multi Site Exceptional Package, to £75k circa total value As a Global Leader we are currently seeking a Maintenance Planning To ensure that maintenance plans for a range of assets across two key sites are prepared sufficient to underpin the safe, effective and efficient achievement of operational availability targets, ensuring everything works when it needs to. Reporting to the head of engineering the Maintenance Planning Manager, MPM, will ensure that all assets are captured on the asset management system with relevant work plans. The MPM provision of historical and current asset performance data support the capital asset replacement programme to meet the future needs of the business. Lead the maintenance planning team across both sites.TO BE CONSIDEREDExperience of leading a team in a maintenance environment, preferably within production or manufacturing with a high capital asset value.An engineering based qualification to degree level or equivalent with 5 years appropriate experience in a maintenance environmentGood understanding of PASS - 55 desirableExperience of working with SAP PM desirableExposure to a lean approach to manufacturing, including problem solving tools such as root cause analysis.Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointUnderstanding of the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 systems.Ability to analyse and interpret data.Experience in the use of a computerised maintenance management system CMMSKnowledge and experience of engineering maintenanceExperience in the management of assets and infrastructureWhen applying for this role, please indicate your current salary plus benefits package, minimum salary required, notice period and your reasons for wishing to move from your current company.
