The ideal candidate will be based in or near London, or able to travel there regularly for client meetings, and should also be willing and able to travel across Europe for additional client engagements as needed.

About the role

Pacvue is hiring a Senior Director, Sales & Account Management to lead our EMEA Sales, Account Management, and Agency teams, and expand our footprint across priority markets. You will be responsible for identifying the market opportunity, setting the strategy, building high-performing teams, coaching and mentoring our talent, and delivering predictable growth with disciplined execution.


Responsibilities

* Build, lead, and scale a high-performing EMEA sales team, with clear territories, goals, and enablement.
* Identifygrowth opportunities by market and segment, define entry and expansion strategies, and align resources accordingly.
* Provide day-to-day coaching, deal strategy, and call support. Engage directly with prospects and customers to unblock, advance, and close business.
* Develop senior-level relationships across the region to support enterprise pursuits and multi-market expansions.


Commercial oversight and client success

* Own revenue retention,expansionand new business performance for regional accounts, including net revenue retention, expansion, and profitability.
* Drive strategic account plans, multi-threaded relationships, and cross-sell and upsell motions.
* Serve as the voice of the customer, provide actionable feedback to Product, GTM, and Operations.


Agency leadership

* Lead our agency team and strengthen relationships with priority agency partners at executive level.
* Build joint business plans, co-sell programs, and enablement that unlock scaled pipeline and expansion.


Planning, execution, and governance

* Own regional forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and operating rhythm.
* Partner with Marketing, Business Solutions, and Professional Services on targeted plays, proposals, and executive presentations.
* Support pricing and commercial negotiations, ensure sound financial planning and margin discipline.
* Stay current on market dynamics and the competitive landscape. Translate insights into strategy, plays, and enablement.


Skills & qualifications

* 12+ years in enterprise SaaS oradtech, with 6+ years leading multi-country Sales or Growth teams in EMEA.
* Leadership: Proven leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams and regional operations. Must thrive in a matrix organization
* Operational rigor with CRM excellence, forecasting accuracy, and data-driven decision making.
* Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of international markets with a demonstrated ability to lead large-scale sales initiatives and partnerships.
* Strength leading through managers,hiringand developing diverse talent, and building inclusive, high-performance cultures.
* Executive presence, strong negotiation skills, and comfort engaging C-suite and procurement.
* Fluency in English,additionalEuropean languages a plus. Ability to travel across EMEA as needed.
