Qualifications
* Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
* Natural problem solving abilities
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Previous Customer Service experience is essential
* Can learn and apply technical concepts
* Good working knowledge of CRMs
Responsibilities
* The main focus will be to deal with a range of engineer enquiries via telephone and email
* Ensuring a high-quality service is always a key focus, providing 1st time resolution
* Understanding customers situation and being able to deal with the situation effectively and in a timely manner
* Ensure that all queries are answered within a set time frame and KPIs and SLAs are adhered to and met
Benefits
* £28,500 per annum plus overtime and bonus
* Shifts between 8am and 6pm and will include 1 in 4 Saturdays
