Venn Group has been approached by a leading housing association to recruit for Multi-Skilled Joiners on a temporary basis in North Wales
As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Joiner.
The duties will include:
* Day to day repairs on Void social housing properties
* Joinery work including: doors, skirts, architraves
* Complete multi-skilled work including patch plastering, basic tiling and plumbing.
* Kitchen and bathroom fitting on void properties
* Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
* Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site
Essential Skills/Qualifications
* 2x References
* Driving Licence and Own Vehicle
Desireable Skills/Qualifications
* Poly flooring
