🚀 Retail Sales Lead
📍 Camden, London (in-office with regular travel)
💷 £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus
We're looking for a commercially minded Retail Sales Lead to take ownership of key retail accounts and help grow presence across major UK retail channels 🛍️
This is a hands-on role - you'll be in stores, in meetings with buyers, and directly driving performance across your accounts.
What you'll be doing:
* 📊 Manage and grow a portfolio of UK retail accounts
* 🤝 Build strong relationships with retail buyers across grocery, pharmacy, department store and way of life channels
* 📦 Drive sell-through, ranging, replenishment and in-store execution
* 📍 Secure premium shelf space, promotions and visibility in-store
* 🔎 Identify and win new retail listings across target channels
* 🧾 Lead the full sales cycle from outreach through to onboarding
* 📢 Work with marketing on POS, campaigns and retail activations
* 🔗 Work alongside operations to ensure stock availability and fulfilment
* 📈 Share market insights and retailer feedback with senior leadership
What we're looking for:
* 3-5+ years in retail sales, account management or similar within FMCG, wellness, beauty or consumer goods
* Existing relationships with UK retail buyers (a strong plus)
* Experience in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
* Comfortable being out in the field and spending time in-store
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Able to work in a busy, founder-led environment
