Valuation Surveyor opportunity to join a leading authority with an impressive property portfolio. They own assets nationally across all sectors includingcommercial, retail, industrial and leisure assets totalling £1bn in value.
Role & responsibilities of Valuation Surveyor
* The primary purpose is to lead and undertake the authorities' valuation function.
* Undertaking valuations of land and property for a variety of purposes
* Provide mentoring and support to graduate and trainee surveyor
* Required to produce and countersign complex valuations
Skills & experience
* MRICS and Registered Valuer (or able to become registered)
* 3-5 years PQE
* Knowledge and experience of land and Property valuations
Salary & Benefits:
* 37 hours per week with option of flexible working
* 26 days holiday rising with length of service
