Job Description
The successful Head of Sales Operations will:
* Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies.
* Report directly to the CEO.
* Drive productivity through better tools, automation, and processes.
* Collaborate with the sales department to boost sales performance and customer satisfaction.
* Provide sales training to team members, such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, etc.
* Look to standardise GTM across different business regions.
* Monitor marketing activities, ensuring relevance and quality of leads.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies.
* Manage resources efficiently to optimise growth and profitability.
* Ensure all business activities align with the company's vision, mission, and values.
The Successful Applicant
As successful Head of Sales Operations, you should have:
* A proven track record working for IT B2B SaaS organisations, preferably with an SME client focus.
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance.
* Excellent understanding of sales business operations and processes.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Knowledge of different sales methodologies.
* Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
* The ability to travel internationally and work from their Hertfordshire office.
* Ideally, a second language in either German or Spanish.
