Are you a Management Consultant in FS running projects in Operational Resilience and/or Supply Chain Risk Management (TPRM) Services and looking for promotion to Manager?
Our boutique management consultancy client is an independent UK member of Global network. Their FS practice in London offers operational resilience and third-party risk / supply chain management, AI, data and analytics, technology and cyber risk, and change and transformation.
Due to success, the plan is to double the size of the practice (currently 30 FTE) and they are expanding service offerings in operational resilience and supply chain risk management both within insurance and wider FS, and are seeking an experienced management consultant to join at manager level to help shape the future of their practice. This is the perfect role for a Consultant who is already a Manager and wanting to have more impact/faster progression or for a Senior Consultant already managing projects who is ready to move to a Manager level.
Reporting into the Director, Head of Resilience and Supply Chain, this Manager-level role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of operational resilience and third-party risk management, addressing some of the most pressing challenges facing financial institutions today.
Essential Requirements: There a 3 types of background to be right for this role
* 4 years + experience in management consultancy with expertise of 3rd Party Risk Management - supply chain - FS
* 4 years + experience in management consultancy with expertise of Operations Resilience - FS
* 4 years + in-house FS experience where you have deep experience of Supply Chain/TPRM/Risk and extensive stakeholder manager.
Experience to cover in your CV for the role:
* Demonstrable experience in operational resilience and/or third-party risk management, with a background in Consulting in FS or FS Industry with the experience with Risk
* Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects with limited oversight. Ability to lead engagements independently and drive outcomes
* Comprehensive hands-on experience across all key operational resilience framework components, including:
* Business services and impact tolerance identification
* Mapping and scenario testing
* Communications and governance frameworks
* Resilience monitoring and reporting
* Practical experience in developing and implementing third-party risk management frameworks
* Track record of either consulting to firms on TPRM approaches or industry experience executing TPRM programmes
* Strong understanding of operational resilience regulations, including PRA/FCA requirements, and other relevant frameworks

Starting salary to c£85,000 + extensive bens + 15% bonus
