This role is ideal for someone with an electrical or Solar PV background who is looking to develop their career in project costing and commercial support.The successful candidate will support the preparation of accurate cost estimates for renewable energy projects, primarily focused on Solar PV systems, contributing directly to the sales and delivery pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with internal sales teams, M&E contractors, and consultants to gather project informationPrepare detailed costings for both prospective and live projects, including contract variationsCollaborate with estimators and design teams across the UK and IrelandPresent and log project information for client submissionsSupport the transition of sales data into live operational projectsAssist with administrative tasks related to estimating and project processingContribute to design finalisation for operational deliveryEssential CriteriaElectrical apprenticeship (time-served) or relevant degree qualificationPrevious experience in a similar role or exposure to site-based electrical worksStrong communication skills (written, verbal, and digital)Capable of working independently and managing own workloadStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDesirable CriteriaBackground in renewable energy, particularly Solar PV systemsUnderstanding of photovoltaic supply and installation processesSkills:EstimatingWHJS1_NI
