We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, youll support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. Youll deliver care that comes from the heart, including personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, and helping with daily activities in the home. You may support individuals with limited mobility, offer comfort to residents who are distressed, or provide compassionate end-of-life care, always putting wellbeing first. Safeguarding is everyones responsibility in adult social care; you should recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in related areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and escalate concerns if action is not taken.

Responsibilities
* Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
* Provide personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene) and assist with meals and daily activities in the home.
* Deliver care with compassion, respecting each residents individuality and dignity.
* Support residents with varying mobility and provide comfort to those who are distressed.
* Provide compassionate end-of-life care when needed and always prioritise wellbeing and safety.
* Uphold safeguarding responsibilities, recognise signs of abuse, and report concerns; attend safeguarding training and pursue additional relevant training.
