Legal Secretary – Employment Law | Bromsgrove| Regional Law Firm
A leading regional law firm, recognised in The Legal 500, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join its Employment Law team. This permanent role is based in the Bromsgroveoffice, supporting a senior Employment Partner and working closely with colleagues across Birmingham, Worcester and Telford.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide secretarial support including audio typing, document preparation and correspondence
* Manage diaries, appointments and client communication
* Assist with file management, including opening, reviewing and closing files
* Maintain organised document storage and retrieval systems
* Liaise with clients on behalf of fee earners when needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a legal or professional services secretarial role
* Strong dictation and typing skills
* Excellent organisational and file management abilities
* Professional and client-focused approach
* Knowledge of employment law is beneficial but not essential
