We are hiring Part‑Time Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting stores based in Footasylum Liverpool One Store.

Please note: this is a part‑time job, working a minimum of 8 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be flexible Monday–Sunday, but mainly working during our busiest days at the weekend.

The Role

As a Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our business. A Sales Assistant lives and breathes our products. We’re seeking passionate team members who are enthusiastic about showcasing our diverse products and going above and beyond for all of our customers. Your number one objective is to help provide the best shopping experience for our guests, delivering a first‑class experience through exceptional service, attitude and behaviours.

You will DEFY ORDINARY by asking insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs and showcase our products with style, piecing together sets, accessories and product add‑ons. From day one you will receive in‑depth training on our products, their specifications including fabric and weather durability, product care and best‑matched product companions, making you a well‑rounded Footasylum Sales Ambassador.

About you

We are looking for outgoing people with a friendly, organised and can‑do attitude. You must be positive, approachable, confident in approaching customers and capable of sparking up enthusiastic conversations.

• Make our customers feel like VIPs by delivering outstanding service and leaving them with smiles.
• Become a PRO on all our products, helping customers make perfect choices that suit their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice.
• Team up with colleagues to hit store targets and keep the shop floor fun.
• Keep the store sparkling clean and inviting, maintaining an organised and visually appealing environment.
• Dive into training sessions with excitement, soaking up knowledge to grow personally and professionally.
• Stay up to date with current trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Handle transactions with a smile and ensure every purchase completes the shopping experience.

As a Sales Assistant on the shop floor, you will be the go‑to for customer questions, resolve issues and ensure that customers are genuinely cared for.
