Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration and e-commerce operations, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. This role is pivotal in ensuring our online presence is optimised for customer engagement and sales growth.
Duties
* Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
* Conduct regular audits of online inventory to maintain stock levels and product availability.
* Assist in the development of promotional campaigns, including email marketing and social media outreach.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email, maintaining professional phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and sales records accurately.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, data analysis, and reporting.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to analyse sales data and identify trends for future strategies.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong administrative background.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent clerical experience with attention to detail in data entry processes.
