Due to an ongoing increase in demand, our Bicester location is looking for a multi-skilled technician with the ability to work on both Heavy and Light vehicles to join the team. Technicians who can work between heavy and light vehicle duties are a rare find - with this in mind, we seek to reward suitable candidates with a great package, comfortable and friendly working atmosphere and professional brand training. Realistic Earnings up to £64,926.00 per annum made up of: Basic up to £43,680.00 Overtime per annum approx £13,104.00 Bonus up to £6,000.00 per annum, paid monthly, based on productivity Saturday rota earnings £2,142.00 (if you wish to go on rota - not compulsory for this role) 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm with 60-minute unpaid break As workload increases, we want to extend our workshop hours by introducing a split shift covering from 6am 10pm in the future. This is a diverse role within a family owned and run business. If you require any brand training, we provide it, both face to face at dealer training centres along with online training. Formal certification is also provided.
