Hearing Aid Audiologist - Milton Keynes at Sonova Group
This role will be based at our World of Hearing store, a concept focused on providing comprehensive hearing care services and products in a customer-centric environment. The store offers an immersive experience designed to support customers seeking hearing solutions.
Responsibilities
* Provide personalised audiology services, including comprehensive assessments to diagnose hearing issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
* Deliver tailored consultations, ensuring customers receive suitable hearing care solutions based on individual needs.
* Demonstrate and explain advanced hearing technology, enabling customers to understand benefits and functionalities.
* Support a retail audiology environment with a focus on patient care, growth, and collaboration with the store team.
Qualifications
* BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
* Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
* 2+ years post-qualification experience.
* Consistent clinical audit results and completion of CPD requirements.
* Ability to achieve commercial targets and maintain strong administrative skills.
