Are you a qualified and driven Management Accountant ready to step into a high-impact role within a complex, fast-paced business? This is an exceptional opportunity to join a large blue-chip organisation, offering exposure to senior stakeholders, multiple legal entities, and a strong path for progression.
We’re looking for a proactive and analytical finance professional who’s confident in managing month-end reporting, engaging with budget holders, and leading a small team. This role is ideal for someone looking to move into a senior finance position and make their mark in a business that values initiative, continuous improvement, and leadership potential.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the production of accurate monthly management accounts, reporting to group and local deadlines
* Deliver insightful analysis and partner with business leaders to improve cost control
* Manage and develop a direct report and support a wider finance team
* Drive balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and month-end close for multiple entities
* Provide VAT and tax analysis support, while liaising with Treasury and external auditors
* Play a key role in systems improvement, process automation, and integration projects
What We’re Looking For
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 1–2+ years PQE
* Ambitious and self-starting with a hunger for progression
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
* Ideally some experience managing or mentoring a team
* Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
