Job Summary
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for the server-side logic development, database design and management, and integration with front-end and other systems for our website and applications. You will also handle all aspects of system operations, ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of the system. We expect you to have strong development skills, the ability to create small tools to enhance work efficiency, and proficiency in Excel macro development for quick data processing. Additionally, you will be responsible for deploying the completed applications into production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the backend development of the website and applications, including server-side logic, database design, and development.
* Design and develop efficient and scalable API interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with front-end and other systems.
* Optimize system performance, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure high availability, low latency, and responsiveness of the website or application.
* Output system architecture design and technical solutions, ensuring an efficient and scalable system architecture.
* Regularly maintain and update the system, promptly fixing security vulnerabilities and technical debts to ensure system stability and security.
* Responsible for system operations, including system deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
* Participate in project requirement analysis, providing technical support to help the team efficiently implement functional requirements.
* Develop small tools and automation scripts to improve work efficiency, especially for data processing and batch task automation.
* Develop and maintain Excel macros, optimizing data analysis, report generation, and batch operation processes.
* Deploy websites or applications to the production environment independently and ensure their smooth operation in the production environment.

Person Specification:
* Required:
o Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with solid programming fundamentals.
o Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (such as Java, Python, Go, PHP, C#, etc.) with practical project experience.
o Familiarity with common backend frameworks (such as Spring, Django, Flask, Laravel, Express, etc.) and ability to apply them flexibly.
o Expertise in database design and optimization, with experience in relational databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (such as MongoDB, Redis).
o Proficient in API design and development, capable of designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs and ensuring efficient integration with the front-end.
o Strong coding standards and documentation skills, with the ability to write high-quality, maintainable code.
o Familiarity with common system architecture patterns, such as microservices and distributed systems, and practical application experience.
o Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to independently resolve technical issues in production environments.
o Ability to develop small tools or automation scripts to improve data processing, batch operations, and other repetitive tasks.
o Proficiency in Excel macro development, capable of using VBA to quickly process data, generate reports, and automate workflows.
o Experience with website deployment, capable of deploying websites or applications to the production environment and ensuring their stable operation.
o Backend development experience and the ability to collaborate more efficiently with the backend team.
* Desired:
o Language skills: proficient in both English and Chinese is essential.
o Familiarity with front-end technologies, enabling effective collaboration with front-end engineers and understanding the full-stack development process.
