The Role
You will be responsible for driving digital performance across key channels including the website, paid media, CRM, and a soon-to-launch mobile app. Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and optimising performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
2. Managing the digital customer journey and UX across platforms
3. Supporting the rebuild of the company website and integration of new CRM systems
4. Overseeing email marketing and CRM campaigns
5. Analysing performance using tools such as GA4 to inform strategy and improve ROI
