Description
Our client, a global Asset Manager, is looking to hire within their real estate investment team. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of commercial property funds which owns high quality retail and leisure assets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maximise performance from the portfolio of retail and leisure assets
2. Identify value add initiatives to enhance value
3. Help source appropriate investment and development opportunities
4. Participate in investment committees and contribute to Fund strategy
5. Manage external third parties on rent renewals, lease renewals and void lettings to maximise income
6. Conduct due diligence in the purchase and disposal of assets
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in property portfolio management
2. Preferably RICS qualified
3. Proven track record in the retail and leisure markets in the UK
4. Strong network of market contacts in the UK real estate market
5. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
