The organisation continues to strengthen their delivery and project controls capability and seek a Built Environment Programmer who can bring structure, clarity and commercial intelligence to complex programmes spanning multiple group functions.
What you will undertake in this role:
* Developing and managing detailed phased schedules using Microsoft Project and ASTA
* Leading programming activity across three group functions, ensuring alignment, accuracy and accountability
* Supporting PCSA processes with robust, data‑driven programme inputs
* Building cost and resource plans that give commercial teams confidence and clients transparency
* Identifying critical pathways, risks and dependencies before they impact delivery
* Driving cross‑group communication, ensuring all stakeholders understand programme intent and sequencing
* Allocating resources effectively to maximise productivity and programme certainty
* Ensuring all contracts are programmed to deliver and exceed customer expectations
