Key responsibilities:
* Support the UK and Export Sales team, working closely with external field sales representatives.
* Retain, develop, and expand relationships with existing and new customers.
* Build strong day-to-day relationships through proactive phone and email communication.
* Identify product opportunities within new and existing accounts and prepare proposals to secure new business.
* Process and track customer orders and new account setups.
* Research potential distributors, washroom service partners, and facility management companies in target countries.
* Promote products through marketing materials, videos, and special offers to generate sales.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and contact information in our systems.
