Contract type: Full-time, permanent
Working hours: Monday - Thursday (08:00 - 17:00 with 45min break), Friday (08:00 - 16:00 with 30min break)

Overall Objectives
We seek a proactive, detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our expanding team. The role involves supporting operations and administration, reporting to senior management, and ensuring administrative efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a commercial mindset, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team, with opportunities to upskill and work with new technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing squad reports and timesheets for operational staff
* Assisting with daily programme preparation
* Tracking vehicle times and recording operative hours
* Sourcing Utility Mark Up information
* Processing sales invoices and payment applications
* Supporting tender processes
* Providing administrative support to directors and staff
* Maintaining filing systems and office equipment
* Handling correspondence and calls
* Managing mail, photocopying, scanning, and documentation
* Ordering supplies and managing stock levels
* Reception duties and visitor management
* Assisting with internal catering and hospitality
Essential Criteria
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Attention to detail and confidentiality
* Organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Client-focused with rapport-building skills
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in similar roles
* Teamwork and cross-functional achievements
* Experience with contracts, invoices, or financial administration
