We are looking to recruit for an Area Manager for Wolverhampton/Walsall area
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Responsibilities:
* Meet and, where possible, exceed client expectations within agreed budgets.
* Recruit, induct, and train staff, ensuring compliance with vetting procedures.
* Maintain staffing levels to meet contract standards.
* Control wage expenditure according to budgets set by the Regional Manager and Account Director.
* Monitor client satisfaction and service delivery monthly through meetings, call logs, and complaints reports.
* Conduct site visits, both random and scheduled, to ensure service standards, escalating issues as needed.
* Perform regular audits on compliance and quality.
* Implement strategies to reduce staff turnover, including induction, training, feedback, performance management, and coaching.
* Oversee site training matrices to ensure delivery of training.
* Maintain accurate site documentation.
* Properly store, use, maintain, and order products, equipment, and materials within budget.
* Ensure staff follow site rules and maintain a professional appearance.
* Follow grievance and disciplinary procedures.
* Operate in compliance with quality, health & safety, legal, environmental policies, and duty of care.
* Uphold the company's values related to ethics, integrity, and social responsibility.
* Complete electronic time and attendance records.
