A well-established Super Prime Residential contractor (25+ years in the market) is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to cut your teeth in some of London’s most prestigious projects, while learning from experienced surveyors and commercial leaders.
🔨 The Projects
* High-value private residences across Central London
* Project values ranging from £1m apartment fit-outs to £14m full townhouse refurbishments in Mayfair
* Complex refurbishments, luxury fit-outs, and bespoke finishes for UHNWI clients
📍 The Role
* Split between office (Hertfordshire, 2–3 days) and site visits in London (2–3 days)
* Assist senior surveyors with procurement, cost reporting, valuations, and variations
* Gain exposure to both commercial strategy and live project delivery
* Work closely with project managers, design teams, and clients

💼 What You’ll Need
* 1-3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying (high-end residential experience a plus, but not essential)
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
* Ability to travel between office and central London projects
