Position Overview: As Service Coordinator, you will be a central point of contact for our Rest of World (ROW) customers and service partners, coordinating and progressing service enquiries from start to resolution. You will ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience through effective case management, collaboration, and timely communication. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate ROW service requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication throughout Maintain accurate records of all service cases within CRM and tracking systems Provide proactive updates to customers and internal stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams (Parts, Technical Support, Sales, Warranty, Production, Engineering) to resolve issues efficiently Coordinate with global service partners to support onsite servicing and repairs Monitor case progress, identifying delays, trends, or recurring issues and escalating where appropriate Support service reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives Provide general administrative support to the Service department Who We're Looking For: We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. You will be proactive, calm under pressure, and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent service standards. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience in a service coordination, helpdesk, or operations role Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills A customer-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Confidence working cross-functionally and building strong working relationships Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data management Desirable: Experience coordinating field technicians or service partners Ability to communicate in additional languages Why Join MasterMover?
