Role: Residential Property Solicitor (2-5PQE)
Location: Telford Office
Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week)
Term: Permanent
We have a new opportunity for a 2-5PQE Residential Property Solicitor at our Telford office.

The Residential Team
You will work alongside Partner Nichola Wilson, Licensed Conveyancer Danielle Fenn, and Paralegal Beth Ward. Our Residential team also operates from mfg’s offices in Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Telford, Worcester, and Ludlow.
Day-to-day, you’ll be successful in this role by…
Managing a caseload from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages (both freehold and leasehold), ensuring excellent client service at all times.
Further responsibilities
* Managing capacity levels and working towards achieving monthly targets.
* Understanding and adhering to regulatory body rules, e.g., SRA.
* Working within a case management system.
* Keeping abreast of changes in property law and regulations, ensuring conveyancing processes adhere to CQS requirements, current best practices, and standards.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to property transactions and client interactions.
Requirements
* 2 to 5 years PQE in Residential Property conveyancing.
* Proven experience handling various conveyancing matters.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
