Role Description

We're looking for ambitious, commission-only
Remote Sales Representatives
who are comfortable selling directly to business owners, operations managers, office designers, and procurement teams.

You'll be responsible for:

* Prospecting and closing B2B clients (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Building relationships with co-working spaces managers, design firms, and commercial real estate contacts
* Managing and tracking your outreach via CRM tools
* Representing the Refined Workspaces brand with professionalism and confidence
* Identifying potential long-term accounts and contract opportunities

This is a
performance based
role with
no base salary
— you'll earn commissions on every sale, with the potential to close
high ticket deals
(£1K–£30K+ per order). You'll have full access to product materials, training, and support.

Qualifications

Required:

* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
* Comfortable with commission-only structure
* Fluent in English and confident in client-facing interactions
* Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
* Proficiency in preparing sales presentations and negotiating contracts

Preferred:

* Strong experience in B2B sales and client relationship management
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
* Background in furniture, interior design, or commercial space planning
* Experience in remote, independent sales roles
* Knowledge of modern office furniture and workspace solutions is a plus
